Our Story

The production company was established in 1968 following research and the proposal of various production projects by consulting engineers, particularly Engineer Bahram Keyvani. With an official license from the Ministry of Industry, the company began operations in producing filing and office binder mechanisms. With expertise in engineering, tool design and production, and by adopting modern technology, the company rapidly progressed in alignment with international standards.


In 1998, the company successfully received the International Award for Technology and Product Quality from Germany. This achievement was the result of years of consistent effort and continuous production in compliance with global standards.


In 1999, the first factory expansion project was implemented at a new location. This development aimed to increase production capacity, enhance efficiency, and adopt modern machinery.


Continuing on its growth path, in 2015 the company executed its second factory expansion. At this stage, the production of various types of binders and office supplies began according to European standards. Additionally, the company successfully obtained integrated management system (IMS) certificates from IMQ Italy, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.


Today, Metaled’s products under the brands “Classic,” “Sanashin,” “Metalog,” “Metaled,” and “Sanat Loo” are sold in most retail stores, stationery shops, organizations, banks, and private companies across the country. The company, by emphasizing self-sufficiency and utilizing domestic resources, now holds international recognition and is one of the six largest manufacturers of binder locks and covers in the world.
